Traders are welcome at all ModelAir events and we encourage a wide range of aeromodelling and related trade stands to support the three weekend events each year.
Our very competitive rates are set on a sliding scale: the more events you book, the lower the event cost.

Car Booters

Car Booters are welcome at all our events. Please register at least 10 days in advance, either by email to Joan Reynolds or by phone 07775 662955 during normal office hours. This will allow your car pass and car boot permit to be sent to you by post.
There is a daily fee of £18 per day, payable in cash, on arrival. This fee includes two adult entrance tickets.
On arrival at Old Warden, you must check in at Event Control, and pay your Car Boot fee in cash to Joan Reynolds.
Please note that if you have not registered you will be unable to trade.
It is mandatory that radio control equipment is not switched on while r/c pilots are flying. If you wish to test radio equipment please check with TX Control beforehand.

Hours of Opening

Gates are closed at 11pm and will open FOR TRADERS ONLY at 7.15am.
Gates open for public entry at 9am.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
In case of problems regarding access to the Airfield late at night or early in the morning please contact the ModelAir Management on 07775 662955
